Lindsey Reese, MPA, CAM
Chief Operating Officer
Sarah has served dozens of Special Districts and non-profits in her various roles, overseeing successful TABOR elections, securing millions of dollars of successful government financing initiatives, grant applications and projects through private and public grants, strategic and capital project execution, and budget and operations oversight.
She’s founded and served many not-for-profit agencies, currently including the boards of St. John’s College, and the Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault, and has presented at conferences including: the Colorado Open Space Alliance summit, Denver Water Public Space Partners Meeting, and Special District Association Annual Conference.
What drives Sarah’s work is seeing the impact small, sometimes "invisible" organizations have in helping local communities access and enjoy natural and community resources to lead safe and meaningful lives.
Lindsey brings 12 years of experience in the government and non-profit sectors. Her experience working with local and state level government brings a unique perspective. She enjoys working with communities on building infrastructure, working to achieve their strategic plans and building efficient processes.
Lindsey skills and experience include: contract management and oversight, board meeting facilitation, community management, quality improvement, performance management, process improvement, grant management, program evaluation, large budget oversight, project management, election execution, facility oversight and building collaborative relationships.
Lindsey holds a Master's in Public Administration, participates in the Special District Association Leadership Academy and has served on the IMPACT Personal Safety of Colorado Board of Directors.
